Is SnapPray free?

Yes — SnapPray is free to download and use. Core features including prayer generation, mood-based prayers, guided prayer, and prayer history are all free. Premium voice features using AI voices are available as an optional upgrade.

Are my prayers private?

Yes. Your prayers are stored locally on your device and never uploaded to our servers. We do not read, store, or share your prayers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How does prayer generation work?

SnapPray uses the Anthropic Claude AI to generate personalized prayers based on your photo, mood, or prayer focus. Each prayer is unique and generated fresh every time. We do not store your inputs after generation is complete.

What is the Listen feature?

The Listen feature reads your prayer aloud using AI voices. The prayer voice (Grace) reads the prayer text and a scripture voice (Elijah) reads the accompanying Bible verse. This feature uses ElevenLabs text-to-speech technology.

How do I mark a prayer as answered?

Go to My Prayers, find the prayer, and tap the Prayer Answered button. You'll be asked how God answered — Yes, Wait, or Something Better — and given the option to record a testimony note. Answered prayers are saved to your prayer history.

Can I share my prayers?

Yes — tap the Share button on any prayer card to share the prayer as an image. You can share to Messages, Instagram, or any app on your phone. Answered prayers can also be shared as a special Testimony card.

How do I reset the onboarding?

Go to Settings and scroll to the About section. Tap Reset Onboarding to walk through the introduction screens again.

What iPhone does SnapPray require?

SnapPray requires iOS 17 or later. It is optimized for iPhone and works on all iPhone models that support iOS 17.

Something isn't working. How do I report a bug?

Email us at support@snappray.app with a description of the issue, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. We respond within 24-48 hours.

How do I delete my data?

All your data is stored locally on your device. To delete everything, simply delete the SnapPray app from your iPhone. All prayers, settings, and data will be permanently removed.
